How Much Does a Website Cost in Toronto in 2026?
Our real 2026 prices in Canadian dollars: websites, features, SEO, Google Ads and apps, and what moves the number.
The website cost in Toronto for a small business is about $2,200 to $9,500 CAD in 2026 when a studio builds it custom. A one-page landing site sits at the bottom of that range, a five-page business site in the middle, and a larger site with a dozen pages at the top. Apps, online stores and ongoing SEO or Google Ads are priced on top.
Most articles about website cost in Toronto give you a range so wide it is useless. This one uses our own price list, the same numbers we quote on a call, so you can see exactly where a project lands and why.
What does a website cost in Toronto in 2026?
These are Bloomify’s 2026 prices in Canadian dollars, before HST. Every site is designed and coded for the business, with no templates, and every build includes on-page SEO, speed tuning and a mobile layout.
| Website | What it includes | Price (CAD) |
|---|---|---|
| One-page landing site | One page built to convert, on-page SEO, contact form | $2,200 |
| Blog or portfolio site | 4 to 6 pages, custom design, blog or gallery | $3,800 |
| Five-page business website | 5 custom pages, on-page SEO, speed tuning, contact form | $5,500 |
| Twelve-page website | Up to 12 pages for every service, location and offer | $9,500 |
| Homepage design only | One homepage design for desktop and mobile, one revision | $1,200 |
If you are comparing quotes, check what each one actually includes. A cheaper quote often leaves out SEO setup, speed work or the mobile layout, and those are the parts that decide whether the site brings in enquiries.

What makes a website cost more?
The price of a website in Toronto moves with three things: how many pages it has, what the site has to do, and how much of the content you already have.
- Pages. Each page is designed and written for its job, so a twelve-page site costs more than a five-page one.
- Features. Online booking adds $950, a client portal $2,200, an instant quote calculator $650, and an online store for up to 30 products $1,200.
- Languages. A second language is $1,500 per language, including its own SEO, not just a translation.
- Brand. A logo with three concepts and two rounds of changes is $850.
How much do SEO and Google Ads cost on top of a website?
A website is the start. Getting found takes search work and, often, paid ads. These are our monthly and one-time prices for both.
| Service | What it covers | Price (CAD) |
|---|---|---|
| SEO audit | Technical, on-page and off-page review with a ranked action list | $600 |
| SEO optimization, small site | Up to 5 pages and 30 images | $1,200 |
| SEO optimization, larger site | 12 pages, 100 images, 30 products, twice-monthly blog | $2,500 |
| SEO blog writing | Two researched posts a week | $1,600 / month |
| Google Ads audit | Account review, wasted spend and fastest wins | $600 |
| Google Ads management | Setup, then bids, keywords and monthly reporting | $1,500 setup, then $1,200 / month |
Google Ads management covers the work of running the account. The ad budget itself is paid to Google separately, and you set it.
What does a custom app cost?
Apps are priced by what they do, so the range is wider. A multi-vendor marketplace with seller onboarding and commissions starts at $12,000. An all-in-one client system with booking, invoicing and automation is $2,000 to set up and $500 a month. A fully custom web or mobile app starts from $18,000. We build and run our own products too, including a clinic platform and a nutrition app, which you can see on our work page.
Do website prices in Ontario include HST?
No. Prices from Ontario businesses are usually quoted before tax, and HST in Ontario is 13%, per the Canada Revenue Agency’s GST/HST rates. A $5,500 website is $6,215 with HST.
What are the ongoing costs after the site launches?
Once the site is live, expect a yearly domain renewal and monthly hosting. Both are small next to the build. The bigger ongoing choice is whether to keep investing in search and ads, which is where most of the enquiries come from after the first few months.
Every site we launch includes thirty days of fixes. Bloomify Signal, now in early access, is built to watch the site after that: which pages bring in enquiries, what changed, and whether a form stopped working.
How do you get an exact quote?
Book a free 15-minute call. Tell us what the business does and what the site needs to do, and we send one page of scope and a fixed price within two business days. No hourly billing. If a template or a simpler tool is the better fit for your budget, we will say so. You can also read how we approach website design and SEO before the call.
Questions we get about this
How much does a small business website cost in Toronto?
A custom small business website in Toronto costs about $2,200 to $9,500 CAD in 2026. At Bloomify a one-page landing site is $2,200, a five-page business site is $5,500 and a twelve-page site is $9,500, before HST.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. After a free 15-minute call we send a fixed price and one page of scope within two business days, so you know the full cost before any work starts.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most of our websites launch in four to seven weeks. Larger sites, online stores and apps take longer, and the timeline is part of the written scope.
Is a cheap template website worth it?
A template can be the right call for a very small budget or a short-term project. It usually costs more later if the business needs custom features, faster pages or stronger search results, because those are hard to add to a template.
