Bloomify Signal

Know what your website is actually earning.

Signal is the portal behind the websites we look after. It counts the enquiries your site brings in, shows you where visitors give up, and logs every change we make against the numbers that followed. No spreadsheets, no jargon, no analytics course.

The Signal overview: enquiries this month against the goal, a daily chart, and the one decision waiting on the client

Sample data from a demo account.

One number that matters

Enquiries this month, against the goal we agreed.

Not sessions, not bounce rate. The ring fills as enquiries come in, and the mark on it shows where an even pace would have you today, so you can tell in a glance whether the month is on track. Enquiries count the things that actually reach you: form sends, phone taps, and clicks through to your booking system.

The monthly goal: 167 of 220 enquiries, behind by 9, six days left

Where you lose people

The step where visitors give up, named in plain words.

Every step from arriving to getting in touch, with the people who left drawn behind each one. The biggest drop is called out, because the step worth fixing is rarely the one that looks worst as a percentage.

The funnel: visitors, engaged, clicked a button, started the form, sent an enquiry, with the biggest drop marked

Real visits

Watch what somebody actually did.

A handful of real visits, replayed exactly as they happened: the ones that ended in an enquiry, and the ones where somebody struggled. It is the difference between being told there is a problem on mobile and watching a person tap the same field nine times.

Nothing a visitor types is ever recorded. Passwords and payment details are hidden before they leave the browser, and account, login and checkout pages are never recorded at all.

Recordings: a short list of real visits, each saying why it was kept

What we found

Findings with the evidence attached, and one tap to answer.

When we spot something worth fixing you get the finding, what we looked at, what we would do, and what we think it is worth. You answer with Go ahead, Not now, or Let's talk. Nothing is done to your site behind your back.

A finding: mobile form abandons at the insurance step, with evidence and three answer buttons

What it was worth

Every change we ship, measured against what followed.

What you have paid, beside what the work has produced, on the conservative figure. Changes that did nothing are listed too. A ledger that only ever goes up is not worth reading.

Improvements: what the client paid beside the value produced, and a timeline of changes
Signal on a phone: the month's goal, then the decision waiting on you

On the phone

Built for the way you actually check it.

Most owners open this between jobs, on a phone, for about thirty seconds. So the month's goal and anything waiting on you come first, and the rest is a scroll away.

Questions we get

Who can see my numbers?

Your own team and us. Nobody else has an account on your site, and your numbers are never shown to another client.

Do I have to install anything?

No. We set it up on your site and you get a link and a sign-in. There is nothing to maintain at your end.

Is this Google Analytics?

No. Google Analytics tells you about sessions. Signal is built around one question: how many people got in touch, and what happened to the ones who did not.

What does it cost?

Ask us. It depends on the site and what we are already doing for you.

Want it on your site?

Signal comes with the sites we look after. Tell us the address and we will show you what it would be counting for you.
